Pricing

Subscription fees - $100.00 per employee (three employee minimum) to 25 employees; $75.00 per employee to 50 employees; and $55.00 per employee for companies with 50 employees and above. Price includes - One year of on-line access to the RealSkills system; Three months 8x5 phone support; One year of online support. We recommend consulting to assist with role, task and skill setup, and training for the first evaluation. A rule of thumb is one hour of consulting for every employee. Our consulting rate is $70 per hour (plus expenses.) Please contact us for a custom proposal to suit your needs.
